1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the Veopage platform, available at veopage.com, operated by Veopage Inc. Veopage is a digital publishing platform that allows users to convert PDF documents into interactive digital publications with customization, sharing, and performance analytics features.
By creating an account or using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
2. Access and Use
To use Veopage, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the authorization of a legal guardian, to use the platform.
- Each account is personal and non-transferable, unless linked to an organization with multi-user permissions.
- You may not use the platform to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes on third-party rights, or contains malware.
- Veopage reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
3. Plans and Payments
Veopage offers different subscription plans, each with specific limits on features, storage, and number of publications. Pricing and conditions for each plan are available on the pricing page of our website.
- All plans include a 15-day free trial with no credit card required.
- After the trial period, billing occurs on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to plan features remains active until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you upload to the platform, including PDFs, images, text, and other materials. By using Veopage, you grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the contracted service.
The Veopage platform, including its source code, design, brand, logo, and features, is the exclusive property of Veopage Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any element of the platform is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Veopage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Veopage Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
- Our total liability, in any case, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- We are not responsible for content published by users. Each user is solely responsible for the material they upload and publish.
6. Data Protection

7. Term and Termination
These Terms take effect when you create your account and remain valid as long as you maintain an active account on Veopage.
- You may close your account at any time through the platform settings or by contacting our support team.
- Veopage Inc. may terminate or suspend your account in the event of a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirement.
- After account closure, your data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations and then deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
8. General Provisions
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
- Veopage may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or by notice on the platform at least 30 days in advance.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Failure by Veopage to exercise any right provided in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
